Low Income/Affordable Senior Apts in Bremerton. ERC just completed the acquisition of land from St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Bremerton.The parcel size is 0.47 acres. ERC is proposing to build a 75 (70 one bedrooms and 5 two bedroom) unit apartment building targeting the 55 and older population. Target break ground – by Spring 2022 |
